Changjiang Automotive Industrial Supply Chain Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan, jointly invested by Xiamen C&D Stock, Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone Investment, Shiyan Industrial Investment Group, and Hubei Changjiang Car Hundred Industrial Fund. The company was initiated by the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee and the Hubei Provincial Government, with Xiamen C&D Stock holding the majority stake, and Xiamen C&D Automotive Group responsible for operations.
The company will base itself in Hubei and serve the nation, focusing on the supply of upstream bulk commodities (including steel, copper, aluminum, and related materials for new energy vehicles) for the automotive industry chain, the sales of automotive undercarriages and parts, the domestic and export business of complete vehicles, and the provision of corresponding trade, logistics, information, and financial supply chain services.
